HEREAFTER

What happens when our time in this life is over?

Is there really a heaven, and if so, what’s it going to be like?

Can a God who says He loves everyone really send someone to hell?

We’ve all got questions about the afterlife, about what is going to happen to us after we take out last breath. We all have these questions because we know that at some point, we all cross that final threshold into the unknown.

And that’s what’s scary, the fear of not knowing. And as much as we think we have an idea of what is going to happen, the truth is that no one on earth really knows what the afterlife holds for us. Well, except for one person…the One who was there before time began and who promises to await us there.

And for followers of Jesus, there is hope. There is hope in what God promises the afterlife is going to be like. By looking into God’s word, we can find hope and confidence in the fact that God does know what is going to happen; because He’s already there!
